RETURN POLICY


Return Policy effective immediately, As Of April 13th, 2024: 

Request Processing Time: 

We have a 14-day exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request an exchange. Please send an to orders@bpf.solutions - within 24 to 48 hours, our warehouse team will respond with updated delivery information. 

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot exchange items for donations, sale items or gift cards.

Return Policy/Procedure: 

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please ensure that the item is returned to a BPF Representative promptly to avoid delays in processing your request. This will help our team efficiently manage returns and process your swap requests promptly.

Payment Adjustment - Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item or contact at orders@bpf.solutions to get an invoice for the difference. Payment must be processed before the exchange can be completed. 

Following these updates will ensure that our warehouse and customer service teams will be able to fulfill orders efficiently and correctly.
